Employee deleted all of my departments files. How do I get them back?

Employee deleted all of my departments files. How do I get them back?

He said it was an accident but we don't know how to recover the files. They are not showing up in the deleted files area on the left side of the screen. I have a business advanced account. I looked at the file history and the folder was deleted at 5:21pm and it is now 7:49pm.  I asked the employee if he was syncing with his computer and he said he was just using the web browser window. What do I need to do to recover the missing files? Thank you.

Hey @Randy_2525, thanks for reaching out. 

 

Out of curiosity, were the files the user deleted in a shared folder or a team folder? 

 

Also, are you able to see these timestamps from your events page
