I have been using dropbox for years. Lately I am noticing that sometimes when I upload files my client can only see some of them. This can be up to a week later, they show up on my end, not deleted but missing on their end. This is very frustrating not sure how to fix or even what question to ask. Screen shot of our folders:
Let's notice that here are one Account content (yours) and one local folder content (client's). Did you check the files appear on their account (the web interface, not locally)? If files are within the account, is Dropbox application running on the client computer? The application performs syncing. Finally, are the files, shown in your post, residing within client's Dropbox folder (subfolder) or not?
I uploaded the files, created a link and sent the link to my client, she sent the link to the printer. Neither of them could see all the files. I finally just emailed them to her which is not what she wanted. This has happened before.
