When I download a photo to Dropbox & then click on it to add a comment, or "thought", I copy & paste the comment, and when I click POST the thought gets deleted 99% of the time. Randomly it will work. How can I fix this?

Thanks for offering to help.
I am on a laptop, Intel core i7, 8th gen. I use Firefox as my browser.
I take a saved photo and upload it to a shared Dropbox.
I click on the photo. It opens the photo, and on the right there is a spot to add 'thoughts'.
Once I've added my 'thoughts' I click POST, so that the person I share Dropbox with can view it.
Instead of POSTing, it deletes the 'thought', comment I have written in.
I just don't understand why randomly it will post, but most of the time it deletes.
