Entire Folder Missing from Desktop view only: HELP

Some time after sending out a file request, my folder where to where the file request was linked, disappeared from desktop view only; I can see it in my mobile view still. The link is now broken and no longer allows the file holder to see the folder either. HELP I need this view restored to operate efficiently.

Could you check if the file request is still active and visible on the Dropbox site?

Are you able to locate the specific folder on the Dropbox site? Is this the same account you use on both the mobile device and the computer?

This will help me to assist further!

Hi thank you so much for your reply!

The account is the same on both mobile and desktop. My employee who has the same login is experiencing the same thing: on mobile but not on desktop. I just refreshed the desktop app as well with no avail 😕

@jay I will add the original request link took me to an error page and is no longer active or showing in request area.

Is it showing as a closed request on the file request page? Did you set a deadline for the file request to expire?

Can you locate the folder in the files page?
