Hi there, 

 

Hoping someone can help. I have randomly received an error message when I try to edit a paper document - 'You are not logged in and changes cannot be saved'

 

I have tried clearing the cache as recommended in another support ticket but no luck. 

 

Thoughts?

Does this error come up when you editing a specific Paper doc of yours or all?
