Error completing request

Hi ive been getting there was an error completing this request as i was trying to access the file.. I already tried 3 different phones and still didnt work pls help thanks

Hello @Abigail08! Sorry to hear you can't open your file. 

I'll help you figure this out.  Did you try from the mobile application or a browser on the mobile devices? 

Is this file accessible on Dropbox.com, if you try access it from a computer browser?  

Let me know if you are getting the same error and the type of the file you are trying to access. 

If you do, can I get a screenshot of the error on your phone and computer?
