Error message: "You are not logged in and changes cannot be saved." But.... I am logged in!

I'm using a Dropbox Paper document that was shared with me by someone else. Several weeks ago, I opened up this document and was able to edit it no problem.

But today, I'm getting the error messsage "You are not logged in and changes cannot be saved."

This is not true, however. I am logged in. I double-checked I was logged in with the right email address (I was). I reset my password and logged back in.

Same error message comes up. This is rather bothersome as I can't use the document at all!

Any guesses as to what could be causing this?

Clearing the cache didn't fix it, but switching from Chrome to Firefox did! Sometimes a solution is surprisingly simple, haha.

Hi there @writerb, thanks for reaching out!

Could you send me a screenshot of the error that you're getting there?

Also, just to confirm, are you editing the Paper doc via the web browser, the mobile app or the desktop app?

Looking forward to your reply!

Thank you for your response, Daphne!

Here's a screenshot of the error message.

I am editing the doc via the web browser. I'm using Chrome, if that helps.

Thank you!

Could you try clearing your browser's cache and/or another browser and let us know if it improved matters at all @writerb?
