Error message when inviting

Hi

I have been trying to invite someone to a shared folder, I keep getting the error message saying I have hit the limit of invites I can send per day, try again in 24 hours.  I am only attempting to invite 1 person and have not sent any other invites in the day, I try again the next day and get the same message.

I am using a basic account.  How do I fix this?

Generally, the first time you see such an error message, you may not be able to share for 24 hours.

However, to have a better look into this, I've sent you a ticket.
