Hello I am getting an error message when trying to download any file from my account ( i have 3 seperate drop box accounts) and that happens to all 3 of them. It works perfectly on mobile but not on chrome. I have restarted my computer, cleared cache etc. Nothing helps. No weird symbols in the file name, it's usually a pdf, tiff, png, or jpeg file. Please help.

Can you let me know what error message you're receiving when trying to download your files? Would you mind sharing a screenshot (excluding any personal info) of the error?
If you use another web browser to download files, do you have the same issue with downloading? Also, please try using an incognito/private browsing window to see if the issue persists there too.
As a last step, please try clearing your browser's cache and then trying the action again.

I tried incognito and cleared chache, same problem. It only seems to be here at work though. I have no problem downloading files at home on my personal computer. I wonder if for some reason there is a restriction they have put on the network here..?
Are you using the same web browser on your personal and work computers? Did you try using a different web browser on the device having this issue?
Something you could check would be if there are any pending browser updates on your work computer to see if that helps resolve the issue.
