Hey @Vic33, let’s look into that together!

In order to make sure I’m diagnosing this behavior correctly, I’d like to have a look at your current view if you don’t mind.

If it’s not too much trouble for you, could you include a screenshot (redacting personal info) for me showing me the exact error message in your next post if possible? Also, has this been a recent occurrence?

Thanks in advance!

It's really hard to take a screenshot but basically any excel file I try to save takes a long time and then it says file corrupted or server unable to be reached. I'm using Netdrive to store all of my Dropbgox files. Does that have any bearing on it?

Thanks for getting back in touch with me with these additional details @Vic33

While I’m not aware how this third-party service works, it sounds like the Dropbox folder isn’t placed on an internal (physical) drive, so it’s highly likely that you may run into issues as the one you’re describing above.

If I were in your shoes, I’d check if I can replicate outside the Dropbox folder &/or move the Dropbox folder back to my primary drive to see if that yields the same error message.

Would you mind giving it a go once you have a bit of spare time & see if this helps add your spreadsheets to your Dropbox account as expected?

Thanks again!
