Everything deleted, Dropbox still says: "Your dropbox is full."

Everything deleted, Dropbox still says: "Your dropbox is full."

I deleted everything in my dropbox, and dropbox still tells me: "Your dropbox is full."

What can I do?

Hmm, thank you for your answer.

But no, I have no folder synchronised at all. I just have the cloud-account, where I deleted all files and folder.

But luckily I just saw this moment that now I got my storage space back... 🙂

Thank you!

Hi @EH3,

Seems you have fallen in overquota. In such a case no sync is performed - neither from your local folder to your account nor opposite direction. The sync blocking continue while overquota persist. Take in mind that data volume in your account (not the local Dropbox folder content) are evaluated and affects overquota state!

In this context, what exactly you mean with "in my dropbox"? 🧐

Hope this gives right direction. 😉
