Everything in my account has been deleted

New member | Level 2

I have been using dropbox for 3 years with my email account. But the same email account is registered in google account. I accidentally logged in with google account and everything was reset.

Hi @emrekaan, thanks for joining the Community!

If you've signed in with Google, it's possible you've created a brand new account is the email is different to your current account. Are you able to see any files to recover in the deleted files page?

If not, I'd like you to check the email and also look carefully for typos in any of these places:

  • On your computer, click on the small Dropbox icon in your menu bar or system tray. Click on the avatar on the top right, then Preferences, and Account.
  • 2. On iOS, open your Dropbox app and tap on 'Account'. On Android, open your Dropbox app, tap on the Menu button, and then tap on 'Settings'.
  • 3. On the Dropbox website, click on your avatar or the face in the top right corner, then click Settings.

Let me know how it goes!
