Exporting to Instagram

I use dropbox to  export to instagram.  Recently, however, when I go to export from my phone, I get a message that dropbox is linking the file and then it posts directly on instagram, without the ability to crop or edit here. Is this a dropbox issue or an instagram issue? From previous posts regarding this issue it looks resolved but I did not see the actual resolution to this.  Help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you're referring to this thread, where another user mentioned that they were able to resolve this by doing these steps. 

If this doesn't work for you, could you send me a screenshot of the error message you get?
