Hi,

I was accessing my dropbox we account, I saw there is some extra character("0") is showing in the folder path. Please find the below screenshot for the same (ex. Dropbox > my imp doco).

I tried to check from where that "0" is coming by using the chrome inspect tool as shown below but didn't understand. Can you please check and let me know why this is happening.

Thanks,
Nilay

Hey @nnarlawar, I hope you're having a great day!

Can you try accessing the website, using another browser or an incognito tab?

Clearing the cache of your browser, might also do the trick.

Keep me posted on how this goes!

Hi @Lori,

The described in OP is not a user browser issue! It looks like web interface bug, introduced recently. There is no any possibility browser cache to be guilty!

Forward the bug report!

PS: By the way, it's not letter, it's digit zero.

Hi @Lori

I tried to check the same flow by clearing the cache as well as in Safari/Chrome incognito mode, still, it is showing the same.

Hey @nnarlawar, thank you so much for taking the time to check this on your end!

Can you try renaming your folder, to see if the name will change again after you do?

I'd also suggest checking the Events' page, to see why this might be happening. The Events page gives you an overview of all activity in your account including files events (adds/edits/deletes), as well as adding or removing shared folders.

Let me know how it goes!

Relax @Lori🙂 Looks like some of your colleagues has already taken care for it. Don't you communicate to each other? 🙄
