Could you try downloading the file from another browser or an incognito window?
Also, could you let me know the type of file that you're trying to download?

I'm not sure if this is coming from us to be honest; could you let us know the exact URL you navigated to when you first tried to get this file?
It is the one in Daphnes post above you in blue Walter. I removed the hyperlink from it so Icould post it in the forum. Sometimes when I hit the link I get the spinning icon which goes on indefinitely. I think the issue relates to the company who are not answering my questions. They may have folded.
