Hi Community!
I'm having a problem downloading files from Dropbox. They happily sit in my download list, downloading away but when they get to 99.99999% I get a Network Failed error. If I very quickly press Resume, the download will complete. If I miss my window of button pressing time, the file want's to start downloading all over again.
The files are of various sizes but generally around the 1GB mark.
Can anyone help with this problem?
Thanks.
Hi there @Rikka, welcome to the Dropbox Community.
Out of curiosity, do you have the same experience with other browsers as well?
How about when you try to download from an incognito window?
Let me know what you find, thanks!

Hi Lusll
I was having the same problem using Edge. I'm now going to try incognito mode. Hopefully that'll work!
Rick
No worries, @Rikka. Whenever you have any updates, just give me a nudge.
Cheers!

Hi again.
Incognito mode seems to be working! I'll keep using that and let you know if that fixes it completely.
Thanks,
Rick
Nope.
It failed again.....
Sorry to hear that the issue persists, @Rikka.
If you're working with a lot of files, could you try downloading them in smaller batches?
Maybe that will do the trick.

I've tried single files and it still happens I'm afraid. It is worse with zipped up files though.
Out of curiosity, could you try downloading a single file using an incognito window?
Let me know of any updates, @Rikka!
