False Dropbox full message

For several months I have been getting a message stating that my DB is full and I need to upgrade.  I use the basic DB only occasionally.  I have deleted everything from it except for a few files, but that message persists.  Is there a way to reset my basic Dropbox account so that it will stop popping up?  Thank you.
