I have a paid account from Dropbox Plus. When I attempt to access some files in Dropbox, I get the File Cannot be Accessed by the System error. This happens with pdf, word, jpg, and excel files. I have been able to access all of these files in the past. It seems like it is older files.
Any help is appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you let me know if you're seeing this issue on the Dropbox site, or from your computer directly?
Does this occur for any files on your Dropbox account? A screenshot showing this would help greatly.

Thanks for your response. I received an email from Amber, and hopefully she will be able to help me. This is very scary for me because I have so many files on dropbox that I need.
