Every single time I try to download a file I get a failed download. Even when I restart the download and it begins again where it left off.

Hi @Alex Chavez; welcome to our Community!

 

You mentioned downloading a file so I'm assuming you're doing this on our site through a web browser; correct me if I'm wrong please.

 

May I ask how large is the file you're trying to download and if you get any different results on other browsers?
