I have created a file request, typed in the Email addresses of the 22 recipients, and clicked "done". I get an Email saying the request has been created, but the recipients aren't getting the request.
Hi @wahphoto, thanks for joining the Community!
I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you ask the recipients to check their junk or spam folders in case the email went there?
If they haven't received it, you can copy the file request link directly and then email the link to them normally from your own email service.
Let me know how it goes!

The messages didn't end up in anyone's junk mail, as far as I know. I had included myself on the distribution lists as well, and I got nothing. This used to work, so I'm mystified. Meanwhile, I've sent out a link instead, and am getting the job done that way.
I understand, let me know if you require any further assistance in future!
