Is there anyway I can get a history log of the request being sent to specific individual for each client folder?

Hi @mchuang, thanks for reaching out to us. 

Although individual (Basic/Plus/Professional) accounts can't see the history of invites sent to others to join a shared folder, team (Business) admins may be able to see such information from their admin console. 

You can request this as a feature you'd like to see in the future though, here, where other like-minded users can also comment and upvote.
