File and folder not showing in desktop even i saw all file in web

Hi ,
   Recently uploaded files not showing in desktop dropbox, when i click icon near right side task bar,

Why i am asking, once upload file i go to web and create link,if in desktop,it easy to get uploaded file links.

Note : Recently my dropbox get fulled and i removed unwanted file, now my free space is 2gb out of 19 gb

Hey Aravind!
 
As a first step, could you please clarify how you added these files? Was it through the desktop app, the mobile app, or the website
 
Could you also check your events page for more info on what’s occurred to content in your account and see if you’re able to locate the additions of files/folders? 
 
Finally, are you able to find any files with incompatible characters when running a bad files check

Hi,
   Thanks for reply, actually i uploaded all file in desktop app (i copy and paste files which created drop box folder when install ) and all file still in my drop when i see in web, only in task bar icon not showing files, And today i again see recent file uploaded but not shows old file which still in my account.

Thanks for clarifying that for me, Aravind. 
 
Could you please try unlinking and relinking your desktop app, and then try adding a file into your Dropbox folder to see if you still experience the same behavior? 
 
If you do, I’d recommend taking this discussion to email due to account-specific info that’ll be required so as to further investigate (in which case, I can contact you via email to the email address associated with your Forum profile).
