Hello,

Is there a way to download detailed logs of activity on my Dropbox account?

For example:

  • Operations on files
  • From which app (mobile, website nas, etc...)
  • IP

I am investigating why a few thousands of files in my Dropbox account were deleted on two very specific dates:

2020-08-31 and 2020-08-24 at very specific times.

Hi @stewiesalty, thanks for joining the Community!

 

Currently, only Dropbox Business team admins on an Advanced plan would have access to detailed file activity from the admin console.

 

If you're not on that plan, you can try using the events page to see if this would help with locating which device and user deleted files.
