File loading issue

File loading issue

ledezmabr
Explorer | Level 4

Hello,

I am trying to access a file. It is a caricature of myself that was drawn yesterday at an event. I keep getting the  "file is loading" page and it never loads. I tried everything that I can think of and nothing works! I am getting fustrated... anyone know how this can be fixed?

Have you tried using a different browser?

Yea. I used safari, chrome, and Firefox. I even tried the Dropbox app and nothing 😕

Can you let me know if an incognito/private browsing window makes any difference, @ledezmabr?

Also, did you use the desktop app or mobile app?

Did you have the same issue there with the image not loading, or a different error?

I was finally able to obtain the image. I am not sure what changed. I don’t think the image had finished loading when the link was first shared with me.

I did try incognito and desktop/mobile before and that didn’t make the difference.

I'm glad to hear that @ledezmabr!

That indeed could have been the case, since you're no longer having issues with accessing the file.

Feel free to give me a shout if you need anything else. 😀
