File request Notifications

I used to receive an email notification when I successfully uploaded files in response to a File request. 
Something has changed and now when I upload files, I DO NOT get that email notification.
How do I change the preferences so that I DO receive a Successful file upload notification?

Could you please let me know how long has it been since you first noticed this?

Also, can you clarify how are you uploading the files and if those file requests were opened from your end or from another account?

The emails stopped some time ago. The last time I received one was in May.
The file requests are opened by my client. I have no trouble receiving the file request email. Then I bookmark the file request link in chrome and I upload the files through Chrome (not the dropbox app). I have not changed my method of upload since I noticed the change.
