File request not showing in ‘all files’

Does anyone have any idea why my file request isn’t showing up in the all files folder please?
It is showing in file requests but not in my file requests folder?
I have a business account and I’m using the app.

When you access the file request window, can you see the folder it's referring to in the middle column?

If you click the folder, it'll take you straight to that location. It's possible you might have configured a different location for that file request, since they can be located anywhere on your account.
