File wont delete

I installed DB  and it sync my entire work desktop.  I am now trying to remove the files because it has taken up all my space.  When I try and remove the folder "my pc" it deletes and then reappears.  When I tried to delete the file from my desktop it gave me error mesg, "you need permisson to perform this action".  

Please advise.

You have the computer backup feature enabled.
