Files are indexing in my app

Dropbox icon stays "ON" and indicates "indexation 1 file".

How to clear this situation ?

Hi @Henri-lgf, thanks for joining the Community!

Could you clarify what the issue is in your desktop app exactly?

The app does require indexing of the files inside the folder to be able to sync them. Is there an issue with this, or is it indexing constantly?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Thanks for your quick reply.

My Dropbox icon was stuck on "Indexing 1 message", something I had never seen. Synchronizing files worked OK when adding a file, but failed when deleting a file: the file remained on Dropbox.

This problem happened just after W10 upgrading.
I stopped and restarted my computer and everything worked out fine again. Th first message I got was a request to confirm deleting the file that was not deleted as mentioned above.

It was a question of W10 setting after upgrading...
