Files aren't updating correctly

Files aren't updating correctly

So the other party is updating files that have already been uploaded to my folder, and even after I delete the old files, and the re appear, it appears from the old version, and not the new updated version the other party has uploaded.
If i launch the dropbox online from the website and look for that file then it is the new file correctly.
What could be the cause and solution?

You mentioned that the files appear to be updated on the Dropbox site with the correct version.

From which interface or app do you get the older version of the files? Is it from another app, the Dropbox mobile app, or somewhere else?
