Files have stopped syncing to my iPad

I have been able to upload files to my Dropbox account and see them on my iPad. Lately this has stopped working. I have uploaded a couple of files recently and they do not show up on my iPad.

Can you please let me know if you're using the most up to date version of your iPad's OS and our mobile app's as well? 

Do you see your files when you access your account through a web browser?

I have an older iPad with iOs 9.3.5 which cannot be upgraded.

I see my files when I access my account through a web browser.

This problem of files not appearing on my iPad has only occurred just recently.

As your iPad doesn't meet the minimum requirements for our mobile app, I'm afraid you'll need to keep using a web browser to access your files.
