Files missing

I have not accessed my dropbox in quite awhile.  On accessing now, it says that my dropbox is nearly full.  I would like to view what I have in there, but nothing shows up except 1 small file.  I did have a lot of pictures, but I can't find anything there now.  Where are my files?

Hi there @RGarner97, let's see what we can find on this together. 

Could you go to your Plan tab online to check how much space regular and shared content are occupying?

If you could send me a screenshot, that would be really helpful.

Can you please have a look at your account's homepage, the deleted files page and the events page and let us know if you see any sign of your missing files?

The home page has just one mp4 which was added many years ago.  The deleted file has nothing.  There is no events file.  The all files has only the one mp4 as well.

Could it be that the .mp4 file you have in your Dropbox account is 2.25 GB large?

You can check this by choosing one of your sorting columns to be "Size". 

As for the missing files, is there any chance you have another Dropbox account associated with a different email address?

Do you remember how you had originally added the photos and files you're looking for?

The mp4 is 1GB .  If there were another dropbox account, why is this one telling me it is nearly full?

Hi @RGarner97, could you attach a screenshot of the files page to confirm that you only have one mp4 file on the account, while hiding any personal info?
