Files not showing up

I have a basic DB account, and logged into 2 devices. (Both are desktops) One is showing all files, and the other drop box login does not show all my files. 

Please help!

Hi @Danny1206, thanks for posting today!

Could you check what the current status of the Dropbox desktop application is on both computers by hovering over the Dropbox icon? Is it showing as syncing, or up to date?

Are you certain that they're both signed into the same Dropbox account? Have you enabled selective sync on one of the computer?

Keep me updated with any progress!

Thank you for responding. I hovered over the icon on one of the computers and it does not show me the status. Where do I see if it is up to date? I am logged into both computers with the same account. 

 

How do I enabled selective sync on one of the computer?

It should be visible in the app's icon in your system tray/menu bar @Danny1206.

 

As for your selective sync settings, you can access them through the app's preferences under the Sync tab.
