Files not syncing.

I'm having a problem with files not syncing. I have Dropbox on my PC and able to save file to Dropbox. However, when I go use the Dropbox app on my iPhone/iPad the files are not the most current. When I check to see if the file is current in Dropbox on my PC it is current. When I log into my Dropbox account, dropbox.com, and check the file status and it's not showing the current version. I have looked at all the information on Dropbox and none of it has helped me. Trying to get through to someone at Dropbox is like going to the dentist. Any help would be appreciated.

Is Dropbox actually running? 

 

Have you checked to see its icon on the status bar of your computer? If so if you mouse over it what does it say

When I put my cursor on the Dropbox icon it sows up to date. When I look at my file in Dropbox on my PC the file is correct. However, when I look at the file using the Dropbox app on my iPhone or iPad it way out of date.

Hey @BigDBfan77, thanks for your post!

Can you check to see if both your Dropbox desktop app and the mobile app/web are connected to the same Dropbox account?

If they are connected to the same account, can you click on your Dropbox icon, quit the application and then relaunch it, to see if the files sync?
