Files not uploading to DropBox from C//: drive

I have been using DropBox for years. 3 days ago I tried to upload a Word document and jpegs to a Folder, Which has been my routine forever, and for some reason the Folder remains empty. Why? I don't believe anything has changed or that I have changed any settings.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Martin

Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you please clarify if you're using the desktop app or if you did this through a web browser?

Sorted. Uninstalled the application then re-installed it. Thanks for your offer of help.
