We recently installed dropbox on a new computer (win 10) and since that time, files will no longer open from windows explorer at all. If an excel file is double-clicked, the hourglass appears and explorer becomes "unresponsive" until eventually we have to close it due to inability to load the file.
We uninstalled and reinstalled dropbox app to no avail. If we open the file via the dorpbox app it opens fine. HELP!? Could it be related to a recent installation on a Microsoft account on new computer (possibly with same microsoft account credentials)?
