Files syncing all over again

Hi, i have been using dropbox for 3 years with no problem whatsoever, i noticed just after my billing this year, the files started to syn again, as a new syn all over again. files last synced were close to my billing date, and i only just recently noticed that some files were missing, so the syn has started all over again, and there are like 1.3m files on que, which is taking forever. why has this happend and what can i do to have my most important files synced immedietely.

I Had same isue few years ago. I'm not sure, why it's happen, but if your files are localy in one of your device, you can try to:

  1. Uninstall dropbox completely (you can use third party uninstaller software)
  2. Download new wersion of dropbox.com website
  3. Istall drop box to your device.
  4. Login and etc for all procedures and choose existing (old dropbox) folder for sycs data from cloud.
  5. Wait while dropbox idexing your files.
  6. Wait wihile dropbox downloading your files from could.
  7. Well done your files are up to date.

I recomend to remove dropbox from all existing device where are localy storaged files before 3 step. For me it helps perfectly. In my situation dropbox freeze in syncs stage permamently.
