Files will only open in finder

Hi -

New here but I was always using the Dropbox app to add files and organize/star my folders, but the app is not opening and directs it back to Finder when I click the folder icon in the Dropbox menu or if I try to open the desktop app icon. (I'm on a Mac). Not sure if
Dropbox changed it to only open on Finder instead, but I loved working in the app. Any ideas of how to get it back would be awesome.

I'm afraid this was depreciated on the 17th and there is now no way to do this apart from via the Website.
