Files won't sync

Files won't sync

Helpful | Level 5

Hi,

I am having issues with my files not syncing from my desktop.  The files won't sync with my laptop or iphone. There is a check mark on the file (I am assuming this means it was "synced") but any updates I have made in my file from my desktop won't show up when I access the file again in my laptop or iphone.

Hi Andres,

I've tried the 11+ tips / suggestions for Syncing Issues under the FAQ, including uninstalling / re-installing.  I also turn off my laptop and phone each night, so restarting also doesn't work.  I have two different internet connections at my office and my home, so I don't think internet connectivity is an issue either.  What I did do, however - was uninstall Dropbox completely from the 3 different devices, downloaded Dropbox again, and installed it fresh.  This didn't work before, but it worked now.  Thank you for responding.
