One, he can share a folder with you. Or you create a folder, then share it with him, and he puts the photos in the shared folder.
To share a folder:
The persona has to click "All filer" in the left sidebar. Hover the mouse over the file or folder name and click the share icon. Enter the email, name, or group of the person he wants to share with. Click Share file or Share folder. And then you will receive an email with a link to the file or folder.
@VicAzMelo is spot on, however, to clarify you need to know the person to get them to send you said info - you cannot search peoples Dropbox's or links etc. everything is private and only shared as and when requested. You'll need to get a message to him to get access to said photos
