Firefox crashes when I upload a file

Firefox crashes anytime I try to upload a file. It takes about a minute to upload and Firefox crashes roughly 45 minutes into it. This has stared happening consistently with the same file since yesterday. Previously Firefox never crashed for anything! I wound up using Chrome instead.

From my own experience Firefox has quite a bunch of problems lately and uploading files is one of them unfortunately. Personally I also encountered a crash while browsing an article and even managed to recreate this problem once or twitce. Dunno what causes this at the moment but I will surely let you know if I happen to find the solution.

I was just wondering if you get any different results on a private browsing window with no extensions or plugins running. 

In case you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot of the last screen you get so I can advise further.
