Hi @Blanders; welcome to our Community!
Can you please let me know if you see anything related to this shared folder in your events page?
While we're at it, were you the owner of the folder or a member only?
Keep me posted!
On the 2nd of October it says
Vous avez supprimé l'accès au dossier OSALYS (I apparently cancel the access to the folder OSALYS).
On that date I worked for the last time on one the files belonging to that folder and sisnce it dissapeared ...I don't remember cancelling anything.
The folder does not belong to my account but to one of my customers who was giving access. The folder has disappeared form her account as well.
Thanks for trying to help
Hi @Blanders, it sounds like the shared folder was removed from your account, meaning that the owner removed you from the folder, so you won't be able to restore your access to it.
They'd need to re-invite to the folder. It should be on the customer's account since they were the only other member of the folder. You can ask them to check their sharing tab in case it's there.
No worries, keep me posted with any updates, @Blanders.
