Hey there @Alienart34 - welcome to our Community!

Did you have the chance to check what Rich suggested?

Keep in mind that syncing your files can take time should you have many or large files. Just because the files have been placed into the Dropbox folder doesn't mean the syncing is instantly fully completed. When the desktop application syncs the files it begins with all of the folders and then uploads files from smallest to largest.

Thus, it could look like the folders are empty or incomplete if you are not fully synced. Be patient and the files will sync. Do not delete them from the Dropbox folder if the files haven't finished syncing.

You can also find more information about this here!

I hope this helps and please let us know what you find!

Are the folders empty if you sign in to your account on the Dropbox website?

My dropbox desktop folders show a full green circle with white check but the folders are all empty. They are empty on Dropbox.com as well. This only applies to me and no one else in my group. I have access to the folders but they're empty!!! HELP

Hello @Techhelp

If the files are not locally we have a syncing issue. If the files are not online, then they might be deleted.

Please post screenshots showing what you see online and locally.

Navigate to the folders online and click "show deleted files" on your right. This should show you the files. You can select them and the option to restore will appear on your right as well.

Let me know if this worked for you.
