Folder of a non linked device can‘t be deleted

I have a system folder of an old device in my Box. The device don‘t appear in the device list anymore, but the folder still exist in my Box an can‘t be deleted.

Do you have any devices connected to your account still?

What happens if you attempt to delete the computer backup from the site?

Hi Jay, thank you for the message.

I deleted all connections to any device. So currently I use only the Browser. But the folder still appears. Note: the folder comes from a crashed pc.

Hi Jay, unfortunately I have no option to delete. On each folder I have a delete option but not in this one.
