Folder "Documents" looks empty on Adobe Bridge after starting auto-backups

Folder "Documents" looks empty on Adobe Bridge after starting auto-backups

New member | Level 2

Hi All,

I started backuping my "documents" folder on iMac with dropbox. Now when I open this folder on Adobe Bridge it looks empty and the message "No items to display" is displayed. No issue when I open it in the finder.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @jpsonnet, thanks for messaging the Community!

I'm sorry to hear about this. It sounds like you enabled the automatic computer backup feature in the Dropbox desktop application. Is Adobe Bridge looking in the documents folder, or where the files were moved to in the Dropbox folder?

Can you locate the files in the Dropbox folder?

Let me know how it goes!
