Folders I used don‘t synchronise on other users Laptop

When I work on files they don‘t show up on my colleagues screen. Even after a whole day. Who can help me?

I'll just need a bit more info to make sure that I have a better understanding of this issue. For example:

• Have you sent them a shared folder with the files in it, or are they individual shared files?
• Is the other user looking for the files in question on the website or the desktop app?
• If it's on the desktop app, could you let me know what they see when they hover over the Dropbox icon that's next to their computer's clock?
