Folders not appearing in desktop explorer

Folders not appearing in desktop explorer

I am trying to open a folder someone else shared with me.  I can see all files and sub-folders on y ipad but when I use my desktop PC (Windows Explorer) I can only see some of the sub-folders.  I tried turning the Selective Sync off and on again but did not work. Any suggestions?

Hi @danielcortes, thanks for posting!

Do any of these folder names contain characters that are not compatible with Windows?

You can check out a full list of these characters here.

If not, please let me know what the sync status of the app is reporting when you click the Dropbox icon in your system tray,

Keep me posted!
