Alright so I have a pair of questions: I need to get my Dropbox account empty, someone knows how do you get your files out of it? I tried googling it, but it doesn't show the right solution.
The second one is: If you delete your Dropbox account, do your files get deleted only from your account or also in every device you'resigned in they disappear completely?

Hey there @Amy_303; welcome to the Community and happy Monday!

To directly get to the chase, you can download all of your files from our website to save them on your computer before deleting your account. 

If you're using the desktop application, you could move them out of your Dropbox folder instead and let the app sync until it shows 'Up to date' in your menu bar/system tray.
