Get rid of preview pane in browser

Cannot get rid of the preview pane when viewing in Chrome browser. The solution given does not work for Chrome.

This sounds like a browser issue. Please try the following: 

  1. Clear your browser's cache
  2. Restore your browser to its default settings and disable any browser plugins. The issue you're experiencing may be the result of a security setting or a plugin that you have installed on your browser.
  3. Try incognito mode/private browsing window. 
  4. Try a completely different browser. (You can download a brand new browser) 

If the issue persists a screenshot of the page you are 'stuck" on, would help.
