Google Sheet Synchronization Error

Hello, 

I have a google sheet data issue. I created the google sheet in dropbox and shared it with a few other teammates. I inputted data into the shared google sheet, but my teammates are limited in the amount of data they can see on their end. 

The gogle sheet tries to load on their end but sometimes even gives an error code, "Unable to load file. Try to load it again or send an eroor report."

Has anyone else had this issue or has any suggestions on a remedy?

Hi @Synchro, let's see what we can do here. 

Out of curiosity, have the users you've added to the file tried previewing it from another browser?

If you could send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of the error message, that would also be super helpful.
