Guest Access Upload Limits

Hi Guys,

              I have a business account with plenty of storage and I've invited an external user to share a folder i created to upload some content, but they can't upload more than 2GB to the share as they are on a free account. Is there a way for them to load more content against my storae quota or do i need to buy another subscription for them?

Hi @Ben_D1, thanks for messaging today!

As you've discovered, shared folders take up quota on all active members' accounts.

If you want them to upload more files into your account, you can do so by creating a file request, which doesn't require a Dropbox account for them, so they won't go over quota and you can still receive files from them.
